Courses typically run for 10 months (34 weeks of live video lessons and self-paced content), starting in September and ending in June. Depending on the course package you choose, you may have 1 or 2 weekly 60-180 minute live Zoom lessons and weekly 30-60 minute self-study interactive content.

I believe we all need some regular time off to rest, reconnect and spend quality time together with ourselves and our children. For this reason, there will not be any live video lessons during main school breaks (e.g. Christmas, Easter) and bank holidays (e.g. November 30th, December 1st, June 1st etc.)

At my core, I am dedicated to providing the best value and experience for my students. That's why I have discounted all my package prices and labelled them as beta versions for the time being. This means that I am still actively creating and refining the self-paced content on the learning platform, as well as other auxiliary materials (e.g. vocabulary notebook, course folder etc.), ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Rest assured, even though the package prices are in the beta version, the quality of the courses and resources is not compromised in any way, and you will have access to the same expert guidance and personalized support that you know me for. In fact, your feedback and suggestions during this phase will greatly contribute to the development of a more refined and tailored learning experience for all of us.

Once the lesson time has been set in the timetable, it's final. If you can't make it, I understand—life happens. Refunds are not possible, but you will be sent a lesson recap and the lesson materials. If you're running late, we may still end on time, depending on everyone's schedules. If I'm late or need to cancel, we'll find a way to make it up or I'll issue a refund equal to the value of the missed live lesson.

Firstly, all of my lessons are designed to align with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) standards. Secondly, the content is tailored to cater to students' learning needs and interests, which is based on my continuous assessment of their progress. Additionally, I'm a nurturer, so if you have questions or need additional guidance outside of class, I'm just a message away. Finally, with my courses, you have the flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere, regardless of the city or country you're in. You have the opportunity to learn from the comfort of your own home, within a safe and secure environment, without worrying about missing any lessons or getting stuck in traffic. You just need a stable internet connection.
